Are you insured and DBS checked?

Yes, our entertainers have full public liability insurance and a current DBS certificate.

Do you bring your own music?

Yes, we provide all the music.  If your child has a favourite song then please let us know and we will do our best to include it at the disco depot!

Is your equipment safe?

Yes, all our equipment is bought brand new or has been PAT tested for your peace of mind.

Is there a maximum number of guests?

Our parties are ideal for groups of up to 25 children. Additional children will be subject to a £3 per head surcharge. Please note that we require at least one other adult per 20 children to be present throughout the party to provide supervision while the entertainment is running.

Can we have a joint party?

Yes of course! If your child has a twin or a friend with a birthday around the same time then we are more than happy to celebrate two birthdays at the same time! For group birthdays or for more than two children, there is a surcharge of £10 per child.

Do you provide food?

No, it is the responsibility of the host to provide party food during the 30 minutes break.

What else do you need?

Drama Banana Party Train parties require:

A venue – Ideally this will be a village hall or similar, however we can also come to your home providing you have a floor space of at least 5m x 4m.
Electricity – We require power for our light and sound systems.

Parking – Please ensure a parking place is reserved/available for the entertainer as near to the entrance as possible. 

Set up/get out time– Please allow at least 30 minutes for the entertainer to arrive and set up before the party starts, and similarly 30 minutes for them to pack up after the party.

Adults – We require at least one adult to be on hand per 20 children for the duration of the party to supervise the children and to ensure no accidents occur.

Removal of distractions – We would ask that any distractions are removed for the duration of the party.  For example, if you have a bouncy castle, we would ask that it is deflated while the party is running.  And if you have balloons or other decorations, we would be grateful if these could be attached to the ceiling or wall.

What days and times are available?

Our parties typically take place on a Saturday or Sunday at either 11am or 3pm.  We can be a little flexible on these times however need to leave ourselves enough travel time between parties.

Do you provide invitations?

Yes, we have downloadable invitations which you are welcome to use!

Do you provide party bags?

No, we do not currently provide party bags.
